PROJECT INTRODUCTION

GAIA’s currently public work focuses on three questions:

• the minimal structural conditions of general intelligence

• the structural difference between closed-loop and purely symbolic systems

• a unified structural language that is auditable and falsifiable

CORE CLAIM

1. General intelligence is first a structural problem.

2. Minimal closure conditions can be axiomatized and audited.

3. Current purely symbolic systems and closed-loop intelligence do not occupy the same structural phase.

• Title: Physical principles of general intelligence and a minimal existence anchor

• Abstract: Introduces a unified framework for the minimal structural conditions of general intelligence and reports a minimal auditable artificial instance.
